T&C and Privacy Policy

By using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to amend or withdraw any condition without prior notice. Any misunderstandings and/or legal disputes will be based according to the English version on this website, and the Company (hereby referred to as “Gardens With Purpose”) reserves the right to legal explanation.

The Company is based in Singapore and when the term “local” or “locally” is used, it refers to Singapore-based deliveries.

1.     Events & Training Policy

1.1.   Registration

1.1.1.  New Course applicants:

·         must be at least 18 years of age, or below 18 years of age with a written consent from the legal guardian/parent.

·         are required to key in a valid email address and contact number during registration to facilitate the registration process,

·         ensure all details provided are correct and complete and

·         any amendments to details must be updated by contacting Gardens With Purpose at 6546 5801.

1.2. Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to postpone or cancel any events or training if the minimum required applicants are not met.

If postponement or cancellation occurs, Gardens With Purpose will contact each applicant to notify them of the changes and next course of action.


2.     Payment Policy

2.1.    All transactions on this website will be based on Singapore Dollars (SGD)

2.2.    Payments are processed by PayPal which currently accepts MasterCard and Visa.

2.3.3.  Products Purchase will only be processed for shipment after payments are approved by PayPal. your purchased item be out-of-stock, Gardens With Purpose  will notify and refund the item’s and/or shipping amount to your PayPal account or via cheque. With Purpose will advise the customer accordingly for any Additional Shipping Charges for:

·        reshipment due to failed deliveries,

·        orders with weight exceeding 30kg

Under such circumstances, these orders will be placed “ON-HOLD” and customers will be notified (by the email provided during purchase) to make the necessary payment before Gardens With Purpose can continue processing of your order for shipment.

2.1.4.   Events & Training Purchase can only be confirmed after full payment is made. payments or deposits paid to reserve seats are non-refundable. Full payment must be made 7 days before event/training else the registration will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.


3.     Shipping Policy

3.1.  All events & training tickets will be sent via email as an electronic ticket once full payment has been approved by PayPal.

3.2.   Products

3.2.1. Your order will be processed within 3 working days once all payment is received and confirmed.

3.2.2. When shipment is ready, your order will be scheduled for delivery at the next available delivery time slot. An email will be sent to notify once shipment is ready.

3.2.3. Gardens With Purpose will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time.

3.2.4. Customers should produce valid proof of purchase/ order invoice to the delivery personnel when requested.

3.3.    DELIVERY

3.3.1. Gardens With Purpose can only deliver to a local (Singapore) address.

3.3.2  Our local delivery timeslots are: first and third sundays of the month (between 9am to 6pm).

Customers who wish to change their delivery date/ time must notify Gardens With Purpose 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. Failing which, Gardens With Purpose may not be able to make delivery re-arrangements and a new delivery charge may incur.

Although Gardens With Purpose will try to fulfill all customers’ needs, customers need to note that all delivery slots are subject to availability and special requests may not be met.

3.3.2.  For unsuccessful deliveries,

In the event that your parcel, delivered by our courier service partner or dispatch; is not received in person, our customer service will contact you and reschedule another delivery date, with additional charges borne by you. Gardens With Purpose will not bear any responsibility for the condition of the products (including but not limited to live seedlings, live enzymes, plants) due to unsuccessful deliveries. If parcel is not delivered within 45 days, Gardens With Purpose will treat it as item discarded and no refunds will be made.


4.     Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Exchange (Shipping damage-related)

4.1.   Due to current limitations, Gardens With Purpose can only offer local deliveries a one-to-one exchange for damage due to delivery on a case by case basis.

4.1.1.  Should there be any damage found on the delivered item, please notify us immediately (with photo of the damaged item, description and order ID) via +65 9002 1190 (SMS or WhatsApp) or email us at admin@gardens-with-purpose.com . Gardens With Purpose will not bear any responsibility after 00.00am the next day

4.1.2.  All damage-exchange can only be swapped based on one-for-one exchange for the same product With Purpose will provide the customer with a one-time shipping fee waiver on the damage-exchange shipment.

4.1.3.  All damage-exchange are not exchangeable for cash.

4.2.     Cancellation of products purchase

4.2.1.  Customers should confirm their order before proceeding to make a payment. Once payment has been made, Gardens With Purpose will not accept any cancellation; cash refund and/or exchange for other items.

4.3.     Cancellation or change in event/training purchase

4.3.1.  Customers should confirm their order before proceeding to make a payment. Once payment has been made, Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to reject any customers request for changes and/or cancellations.

4.3.2. All payments made are not refundable.

4.3.3. Customers may request for a change in participant attending the event/training or change to a different event/training date or change to a different event/training. This is subjected to approval by Gardens With Purpose. If a change is made to an event/training of a higher price, customers will have to pay the difference in price. If a change is made to an event/training of a lower price, no refunds will be made for the difference in price. If a postponement or change occurs, customers will have to complete the new course/date or any outstanding courses within 6 months from the date of original course registered.


5.     Privacy Policy

5.1.   Personal information will be collected automatically during registration and/or purchase.

5.2.   The information collected will solely be used for some or all of the following purposes:

a. Administration and account maintenance;

b. Processing of Order and Payments;

c. Customer relationship matters;

d. Market research on our products; and

e. Protecting the company’s and clients’ interests

f. Engagement of third party service providers to assist in website-related functions (eg: perform payment and delivery facilities);

g. Gardens With Purpose product and/or service updates and/or marketing

h. Engagement of third party service providers to provide marketing services for Gardens With Purpose (eg: gardening courses and products);

2.3.   Gardens With Purpose does not engage in outsourcing our customers’ information to non-related external parties unless customers’ consent is approved.



Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion without any prior notice to customers and customers shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions so amended.
